If you order a Curated Charm Necklace/ Bracelet and add additional charms to your order and want them added to the chain, please specify in the order notes at checkout. Otherwise, they will be shipped on their own and not added to the chain.
Our artisans will determine the best placement for the charms on your chain. If you have an exact order you would like them in, please add that in the order notes at checkout and detail out from left to right.
All the charms that are added to the BYO Charm Necklace/ Bracelet will be added to that chain. If you add additional charms on top on the BYO, they will be shipped separately.
Yes! You can actually add the charms yourself and it’s super easy. Each charm comes with a jump ring on the charm. Use two pliers to open up the jump ring, place on the chain link you want to have the charm hang and then close the jump ring with the two pliers.
